We had used the HR services of Stuart Falconer for many years and he has advised us on employee relations as Click Return has grown. So when Stuart branched out and started his own HR company alongside HR experts Gemma Bailey and Louise Riddell he came to us to build them a bespoke website to showcase the various HR solutions and services they offer.

This website build was different to most we have been involved with as Morgan Thomson had employed a branding company to ensure all the branding for the company was consistent. Using a graphic designer rather than a web designer meant that Click Return’s design team had to effectively work around the design signed off by the company and build around it. Problems can often arise from this way of working as it can be a tricky process to ensure that the site works as the client expects and that the Search Engine Optimisation would not be hindered by the specific design we had to work around. This particular project worked smoothly as there was good communication between ourselves and the branding company and we both had the same goal in mind – to ensure the client was happy and the website converted users to clients.
